Dresden and 24-7
Yesterday afternoon, I spoke with the pastor at Calvary chapel about the things of God for an hour. Then took pics of Budapest in the evening...such a beautiful city at night...the light and shadow brings out all the beauty of classical architecture.Early this morning at the Budapest airport I ran into another pastor from Calvary chapel heading home to California to raise support for his ministry call in Hungary, so we sipped espresso and spoke about God for an hour. Then I got on the plane and sat beside a Jewish Lutheran biblical scholar who's written 86 books, needless to say....I didn't get a word in edge wise for an hour and a half, and half the plane was listening to a loud boisterous larger than life Jew proclaim the deep teachings of God with all the youthful enthusiasm and wisdom of age...what a treat! I'm going to put him in touch with someone in Canada who can help him get some of his stuff translated into English.
Got picked up at the Dresden airport and then dropped off downtown. Walking down the cobblestones to my hostel I bumped into three Canadian friends of 24-7 having a drink, so we chatted it up for an hour, baking in the sun. Now I'm off to see if I can help set up the venue in any way for tonights 200 or so international leaders of 24-7 prayer...this is so great! Thanks for your continued prayers. Pray for revelation and guidance and words and opportunities to minister to others and still be able to hear and be ministered to myself. This is such an important healing trajectory.
