Effective October 29, 2005, Pat Dixon of the Mustard Seed Ministry in downtown Calgary becomes a member of the Order of Canada.

In the 18th Century, members of Count Zinzendorf's Order of the Mustard Seed, vowed to do three things:

1. To be true to Christ
2. To be kind to people
3. To take the gospel to the nations.
