Intercession and Intervention
U2: Please (lyrics)
U2 was just awarded Portugal's Order of Liberty.
But when a vision comes to us not as human aspiration, but as divine revelation—then the whole equation changes. God’s commission always comes with His provision: He promises to supply our needs, to sustain us, to renew our strength, to redeem our mistakes, to use our weaknesses, and—best of all—to journey with us. He uses the weak and the foolish to confound the wise, ordinary people to do extraordinary things for His glory. With God, there is no “just me.” Our protestations of stupidity simply fall on the deaf ears of grace. Pete Greig - the Vision and the Vow
Effective October 29, 2005, Pat Dixon of the Mustard Seed Ministry in downtown Calgary becomes a member of the Order of Canada.
In the 18th Century, members of Count Zinzendorf's Order of the Mustard Seed, vowed to do three things:
1. To be true to Christ
2. To be kind to people
3. To take the gospel to the nations.

A memorable prayer meeting started on August 27, 1727. This prayer meeting went on continuously for 100 years. It was held twenty-four hours a day until 1827, the year of the beginnings of the Plymouth Brethren in England.4. Christianity Today's Zinzendorf bio
